How to cut a wayside tree

Just thinking.,

There is a big old tree along a main road with a huge timber value. A person with 'power’ in the society thinking to have the tree value converted in to Rupees. What will he do?

First to have a chat with a person who can influence the other people. He may be a politician or local reporter of a media or a Government servant. If he is a reporter, he has to write an article that this tree is old and can be dangerous to be in a main road where thousands of people pass daily. Others will do other things.

So the nice old tree which gave shelter to all now become a harassment to the so called people. In a couple of days the relevant authorities, in fear that they will have to responsible if the tree fallen, decide to cut the tree. Taking the corpse and selling will be a different story. But this would be the normal course of procedure on CUTTING TREES along the roads
